thanks Tech for this quick answer. I just want some precisions about :
Besides the possibility of NAV trashes are blocking a good avast installation, I do recommend the uninstallation, boot, use the avast unistall tool, boot and install again.
Can you please confirm :
Step 1 : uninstallation : avast standard uninstall

Step 2 : boot => hum, this doesn't need further explanation

Step 3 : use the avast uninstall tool.

I've seen it in the download section
Step 4 : boot

Step 5 : Install Avast again
I'll try to do this by today evening and post my results after.
bearmed : If you prefer, i can create my own topic , I just post here as it seems to me that we have the same issue with Avast and Internet access.
I don't have issue with mails.
I'm using Internet Explorer and Outlook (not Outlook express)
