Avast blocking a Microsoft IP

So Avast just blocked a Microsoft IP Adress for me randomly with no browser running.

False Positive or something bad?
Windows 10 1909, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, 500 GB 5400 RPM HDD, 1366 by 768 LCD Screen, Intel Core i3 5010U Dual Core, Intel HD Graphics 5500

wait a second im getting this same exact message aswell... what??? mabye this is a windows 10 update and avast is detecting it as something bad. if you can reply, have you been getting this same error with skype.exe?

IP was unblocked yesterday, 22:44 CET by streaming update.
