how to remove worm(????) or sure dialer

I'm found two files that i don't know how to remove them:these file are NAMED : 1° explorer, 2° W1inMoviePlugIn. When J cancel them they reproducing after i open new session. Link to open is eut.folleweb.com
How must i do?
i have a  free Avast's version.

Research says this is a dialer and/or trojan. I would suggest that you first download, install, update, and run Spybot-Search&Destroy. It can be found here:

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

You did not tell your OS nor much other info that could help solve the problem. If you are using 2000 or XP as the OS, you can also try Ewido. First, dowload, install, update, and then run. It can be found here:

http://www.ewido.net/en/

You should make sure your computer does not go to certain sites.
