Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

Remove the SafeZone Browser completely and install it again.

Hi Folks.
I am having a similar problem. Have used repair. Have reinstalled the entire suite. Nothing. And yes it was fine up til a few days ago. I am not even sure how to use the advice above about "getting a ticket" but if the person who first posted this query has received a response to their ticket.....  could you please share what the official response has been?
Or anyone else who knows. It is the primary reason I use Safezone as my default. Thanks

It would not surprise me if it has to do with he way the downloader detects if there is a video and the changes YT has made (not using flash anymore, but html5)

Mmmm... but what we can do?

-Instal some additional soft (java or somethin like this... not quite sure, i'm not it worker)?
-Change some Avast options?
-Back to piracy (... and the bottle of rum!)?  ;D

Anyone know... the official position from Avast (if we have any)? Or it just like allways: "no one knows what is realy happens so just hold on and pray".

Wait a second.... oh, silly me, I just remembered: yep - they skip to html5... BUT!... this is happened some time ago (i'm not pretty sure - when, BUT not a few days ago - much earlier).

So... i dont think that html5 - it's a sourse of a problem.
