Video Downloader button absent on YouTube only

I raised a ticket after having some issues with Avast support not recognising that I have a valid license!
No response to the YT issue but I tried Safezone again this morning and the downloader button did re appear for a few videos only.

I suspect that Avast will be constantly playing catch up with an ever changing YT 'backend'.

Sorry for problems

The problem has been fixed. You will get update a few minutes after browser start or every 6 hours when browser is running.

When I sent a ticket they will not provide support unless you have the paid version.  So if the video downloader does not work (even reinstalled), basically they're saying too bad.  I wouldn't make a purchase if they will not provide an answer for the free version.
