it shows my e-mail and password in it and i delete the thing that showed my e-mail but i restarted my computer and it recreated itself. why is it doing that?
When you set up your email didn't you ask it to
remember your information 
Unless you want to enter your user information each time it's needed or your network information, (if you have a home network)
I suggest you leave this alone.
It might also be a good idea to back up the information to usb drive or other removable storage device.
