Setting up VPN manually

Hello, I'm reading the from the PDF below, "set up the VPN manually" section. The link to the server name in the PDF is broken. What is the server name I will need to set up my VPN manually?

There is no fixed server.
avast is using many servers placed all over the world.

And that pdf is really outdated.
Lot of things have changed since it was published.

They change as avast is adding new servers and removing others throughout the year to get the best service.

This has already been explained in other threads.

But then how do I set up the VPN manually. I want just one program to use the VPN and I need the server name for that.
