So hardened mode blocked a program. However, while opening Notifications and trying to Add exclusion, it jumps to Virus Chest instead.
Also changing language mid-way does not seem to have effect on Notifications' language. It's still in Estonian, even though I changed language to UK English. Tried restart - Notifications are still in Estonian. Minor, but worth noting
