How to acces billing info ?

Hi.
Maybe this is not the right forum but I try anyway. On the 25th of january I renewed my license for two years (avast pro antivirus) through the ui in the avast program It didn`t succed to put in the activation code so I had to do it manually. I recieved an e-mail with my order ID and a code to get acces to the self service portal but that didn´t work. The payment was taken from my bank at the 27th of january. The license is valid in the avast ui until 2019 so that´s no problem. But I will have acces to the self service portal to do an transcript of my bill. What to do, I sent an question about this but so far no reply. When I type my order ID and code it only results in a message that says wrong information, and a link that takes me back to the login site again. I deactivated the automatic renewal when I bought the license but that shouldn´t matter or ?
Or does it usally takes some time to get acces to the portal. I tried it now for some days but gets the same message when I try to login. It also states that you can manage this from your Avast account but I see no option there to do so. The purchase was done through Digital River .

I have no problem to log in to my Avast account it´s the other link that I can´t get acces to by using the information with my order ID and code to get acces to my bill It won´t work just saying wrong information. But it´s the information I got when I renewed my license. If I use the order ID and the code I got a year ago when I then renewed my license I get acces to my bill for that period. But it won´t work this time to see my new bill with my new code and new order ID.And It is the same login site !

Try the old info to login.

If that doesn't work, contact the eCommerce provider that handled it or contact avast.

I just loged in with the old order ID And the old code. But it only showed me my old bill not the new one. I have sent some requests for an explanation of the problem by using the form on the site you mentioned. Hopefully I will get an answer soon.
It´s not such a big deal but i´m used to have my papers in order. And I want to check if the auto renewal option is realy turned off. Don´t wan´t any surprise in two years from now.

You should be able to see the auto-renewal status in your avast account.

There is no option in my Avast account as far as I can see that gives me the option to check if auto renewal is on or off. Maybe you can describe to acces that information there? The only thing I can see there is which product I have a license for and that my license is valid and it´s expiration date. Although it says on one of the avast/digital river sites that it can be managed from there as an alternative method. But there aint no such option. I contacted avast/digital river by mail and got an answer today that they couldn´t help me because it was a technical issue not a question of billing etc. So I did send a support request to avast support for help. Hopefully they can help.

Well, hearing this is really interesting. We do have the option to cancel the auto renewal from the My Avast account, but you are right in mentioning that if there is no auto renewal, there is no button and thus no confirmation that it is disabled.
If the auto renewal is active, you can see the button "Cancel Auto-Renewal" as in the screenshot at https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB126#artTitle (Alternative Method), but once it gets disabled you cannot get a confirmation anymore.
I will see what we can do to make it clearer, and to have confirmation that auto-renewal is not active if that's the case :)

Why not have a single button that is there all of the time - Show Status Auto-Renewal or Auto-Renewal Status ?

Ok that solves one of the problems. But it don´t help me to acces my invoice by using the order ID and code that was sent to me by e-mail when I did my purchase. When you get an confirmation of a purchase and order ID and a code you  expects that this should work ? I just want to download a copy of my invoice but it´s not possible if I can´t get acces to it. Any more suggestions ? I have done exactly how the link you provided shows how to do but if the order ID and code I got don´t get me acces there is nothing I can do.

As I have mentioned I´ve allready done that. I have contacted avast through the support page. And so far all I´ve got back is an e-mail saying they are very busy and it should take longer then usuall to get a reply. And the e-commerce handler, I suppose you mean Digital River as they are the handler who handles the order where I live. Well they just referred me to Avast. As it in their wiew was a technikal issue. Moment 22 !

Well, as you already have submitted a ticket, have patience and wait for avast.
