License not working

I have Avast on two computers and renewed my license for 3 computers in December 2016 and both computers showed an expiry date of December 2017. My computer is still showing expiry December 2017 but the other computer is showing expiry in 5 days time and tells me it was a trial version!  I have never installed a trial version and this was a renewal of an existing Avast subscription.  I tried inputting the license again but it says it is invalid, even though I have only used two of my 3.   I checked my online account and both computers are shown as linked to my account but that second computer  is showing license is due to expire. I contacted customer support but not had a reply.
