Avast is blocking wallpaper engine pairing with android device

Hi, I´m just trying to share some wallpapers with my android device, but Avast is preventing connecting.
When my Avast premium is enabled, it´s not connecting. But when I turn off all the shields, I can connect.
I can see that it´s "Public Tcp/Udp In Block" network rule. I also tried to change application rules for Wallpaper Engine in Avast Rule list. But it´s still not working.
Any tips ??

Now I feel stupid
After using my current network for many years... I didn´t set it to trusted....
