Avast or AVG Free ?

Are these now basically the same program, with all all the same features, just with a different GUI ?

Does Avast have CyberCapture like AVG?

If not which is best to use ?

I suggest you read the release note of both av (final versions as well as the beta versions) and also read the avast blogs about it.
