Scheduled scan not working after update to 17.2.2288
« on: March 02, 2017, 05:12:18 PM »
:( I just updated to the new version, but I was so disappointed that it will not run a scheduled scan unless I restarted my computer. Is there anyway that I can fix this? I have already tried the repair option through the control panel and uninstalling. And, Is there a way to change the skin? I like the white background better. Thanks.

1.  I think that there may be more to this than restarting the system after making a change or creating a Scan which you want to schedule.

Some others appear to have a problem and they regularly restart their systems.

2.  Avast (as far as I'm aware) doesn't use skins for the UI, so no way to simply change skin. I believe the last skinable avast versions was way back in the avast 4.x era.
