Unable to renew license

I submitted a ticket 123812 to renew my Avast free for Edu license (Avast Endpoint Protection Suite) on 1/25/17.  I was told that it transferred to the EDU department.  I still have heard nothing. I logged into my Avast account and clicked renew your license and it just brings me back to the avast account home page.  Our subscription expires on 2/26/17 and we have it installed on hundreds of machines.
