After clean install Avast 17.1.2286. there are empty box with exclusions in File System Shield option. In previous version were here items like pagefile, txt, ini..... Where they are now? I have only bad installation or everone has 0 items here? It is bug? Thanks for answers.

I have had some entries that I created, so it would be hard to recall exactly what were the defaults. Presumably they may change depending on OS also.

This is what exclusions are in my FSS exclusions window and they are still there. I also wonder if you did a clean install (as RejZoR suggests) it is possible they are hard coded elsewhere.

I installed the previous beta over that 12.3.2280 and did a program update from the UI for the new 17.1.2286. So there is a possibility that because of that mine remain in place.

Thank you for answer. I think only clean install. If you update trought gui, all settings stay unchanged. If i looked to performance monitor, avast service reading pagefile so i looked to exceptions and there is nothing. I don't know if previous version doing this but all exceptions should be visible. But maybe is only hidden, because if i save eicar test code to .txt or .ini nothing happpend but if i save it as .inf, is immediately detected.

You're welcome.

I just wonder if what is monitoring/scanning isn't the file system shield, possibly the behaviour shield as it is looking for unusual behaviour. There are no pre-set exclusions in the new Behaviour shield.

You won't see any of the shields in the process/performance monitor as all of the shields are controlled by the main avast service, avastsvc.exe.
