I finally ended up opening a new ticket in the portal and got a response. License free for one year, 50% discount. Tried to talk about moving to cloud and see if could do without reinstalling all of the clients. I installed the cloud client and it didn't pick up the license or show up in the cloud dashboard. Looks like would have to do complete uninstall/reinstall.

You can install on of the current versions but that does not always work and a complete uninstall then reinstall is necessary. Thanks.

Hello,
We will renew the license file one last time for free as we have since revamped our Education program and unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer this product for free after the next time it expires. At that time, you will be entitled to a 50% education discount. Your account has been renewed for one year.

I have the Avast Endpoint Protection Suite under the Free for Education Program and I have been trying to renew since 1/25. I never received an email this year with a link to renew. I emailed edu@avast.com and got a ticket 123812. I've attached the emails. I have not heard from anyone and our subscription expires in 13 days! This is installed on several hundreds PCs.
