Smart Scan Details

After Smart Scan completes, I click on notifications and then details. When I click on details it does a smart scan again.
If I click on details again after that scan is complete, it goes back and scans again.

Avast Internet Security 2017
Windows 10 64 bit

Repair does not resolve problem.
