Regardless of confusing info, it is free. So, try for it no matter what country you live in since it does give options for other countries. All you loose is a few mins of your time.    :)

I did it with IE7 beta2 but it should work with IE6.

It works fine with IE6, just make sure you're not using some external ad-blocking software or your security settings are too high. Change them to default and disable ad-blocking if you have any.
