Refund on Ticket ID: [#699961]

I requested a fund on this ticket as I had purchased a second copy in error. The ticket was submitted on 02/04/17 and was just replied with an automatic message with no further follow up.

Does anyone know whom I can get this issue resolved as this is just a refund request and should not take this long.

It would have been best to have created a new topic rather than open one that is well over 3 years old.
