Battery saver disables my screen lock optins

on my Alcatel Idol 4 Avast battery saver disables my screen lock options 'none' and 'swipe' even though it doesn't have admin access, doesn't say it does anywhere in the app, and anti-theft and avast security don't.

when i uninstal battery saver the options become available again

dont know if its connected but apps that prevent screen locking (No lock, NoScreenLock, Shake to unlock....) dont work on my phone

It does sound related.
I suggest to have a look at the Alcatel websiste and Android sites to see if there are people with the same problem.

thing is avast anti-theft and antivirus dont cause the problem
and of the batery savers i tried some do some dont

Sounds to me something custom that Alcatel has put on that phone.
