Cannot log in to Windows XP with mobile user profile

I'm posting in an user behalf.

In the new version I can not log in to Windows XP with mobile users, always create Temporary profile.
You seem to find no local profile.

If you uninstall avast, everything returns to normal.

Does anyone know what can this local profile blocked on windows?
