Avast SecureLine Has Encountered a Technical Issue

I received the above message today after checking into a hotel. It's the first time I have seen it. I went online with it yesterday briefly in an airport with no problem. The hotel's internet connection is kind of funky, very roundabout way of getting on through their log-in page. It's a small, independent hotel in Barcelona. I've rebooted, and I still get the message.

Try one of the other seervers.
If they fail also it is likely the network setup in the hotel that is blocking things.
