Infection Blocked - Moved to Virus Chest - Now what?

I had about 5 "infection blocked" alerts just now.  I see the files in the Virus Chest and thought it would be better to delete them but when I hit delete it just asks me if I want to restore them.  If I wanted to restore them I would click restore not delete...

What else should I do at this time?  They all reference my user account with Container/Library as part of the location.  I don't know what that is.

Thanks for any advice you can give me.  This is on my Mac which is running 10.12.3 Sierra
