Since it's been fairly hecktic the past few days, I haven't been able to do all of
my updates as beforfe and just received the following e-mail from one of our
in-laws and fellow avast! users:

I thought Alice was in the Hosp for a Liver not a Virus!!!
The only place I could get my updates from u was AVAST forum --
so all of this was to get rid of a big Virus?

Morning Steve and Berniece,
Yes Steve it was a big virus called the "LiverBug" Virus that Alice had
remove and replaced with a back-up that wasn't infected.
Since I've been a member of the avast! forum for quite some time, it was
only proper that I keep them aprised of this infection so that all members canm protect themselves
from this 'virus'
Obviously even avast! which is my Anti Virus program of choice can't protect you from this attack.
This is why Alice had to call in specialized help.
She is starting to make quite a bit of progress.
Last night, she controlled the lights and the TV.
Her mind is starting to clear from the effects of the anistesia.
She was up for breakfeast this morning and they've started to remove quite a few of the IV's.
So far, so good.
