If you have no need for it, let your computer not function as a webserver, Windows has Personal Web Server (PWS) on board, a kind of light virtual server, used to test your website, using FrontPage or Virtual InterDev, to see what it gonna look like. PWS can easily be on, and allow for outbound connections, just like a hardware server. The testsite of HackerWacker can show if it is running, you have to Shutdown Zonealarm to test it, after thge test off course you must start Zonealarm again.
