Avast v5 to v8 : Technical issue with VPS update since 16 february

I will guarantee to you that support hasn't stopped for the avast! Endpoint Protection line, nor is it anywhere close to being dropped from support. And I suspect that it will be continued for 5 years!

Strangely, this lack of VPS update had the perfect timing to let the v5-v8 Avast users out of this terrible false positive mess  :

Life is made of good and bad coincidences (but maybe there was a logical link between these two VPS accidents)...
