Can't sync my passwords with mobile?

Hi! I have had avast for the longest, I've had the same account, but different phones and computers. I am trying to sync my passwords thru the avast passwords app on my phone, and I keep getting this code I need to input. I don't see where to input this, when my account has fully accepted my phone and my computer under "my devices". I thought, if I turned off then turned sync back on, it would fix this, but now my computer needs to input the code too! I now need to authorize this computer too! All I have now is this computer and this phone. Should I remove all my devices and start anew?

I followed this:https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB255#idt_02 but I don't have that email for restoration.

Check your spam folder for that mail.
