Where is support?

No one has responded to my refund request 5 days ago, I am going to file fraud charges and charge back your companies account if it is not taken care of quickly. You do not have authorization to bill an expired credit card. There is a reason why it is expired.

avast is normally handling tickets within 1-5 business days.
As it is very busy at the support department, it can take a bit longer.
Just have some patience and the ticket will be handled as has been explained in many threads on this webboard.

Yes avast has the right to bill you if you have auto-renewal enabled, which you likely have.
avast can't help it if the credit card is expired, as it is you who is responsible to provide the correct information and change things if needed in time.

I paid for the Pro version(full yr), however Avast still says I need to upgrade, at a higher rate. I've already installed update.
Can't even find support to get what I paid for. What a hassle paying for it and it doesn't work.

Installing avast pro is not enough.
Did you applied the license file ?
