Transfer Lisence to New Laptop

I will be purchasing a new laptop and want to know if it is possible to transfer my Avast SecureLine to the new computer.  If so, how?  My license is due to expire soon and i don't want to renew if this won't be possible.

- Remove the device from your avast account
- Remove SecureLine from the "old" system
- Install Secureline on the new one
- Apply your current license

Please (re)search before posting.

I did try to search the forum a few different ways before posting.  I couldn't find the right wording to get the answer.
