So we decided to bite the bullet and order this. Paid money, saved receipt, and never got the email. So then off to support (sigh) and as many of you know, calling is a waste of time. Its funny too as you have to hit two keys before they tell you to go to /support and submit a ticket.
Pretty ridiculous company.....
Well I have submitted a ticket and we shall see what happens. Does anyone have any hints around this?
I also started an account with the email address I purchased with and of course nothing showing that a purchase was made.
