Licence issue
« on: March 03, 2017, 11:37:00 AM »
Hi to all,
last year I bought 200 Endpoint Protection licences (3 years subscription) and I have setup the Console on the server to manage them.
I recently bought other 100 licences to integrate the other 100 and have 300 total licence (3 years subscription as well).
Unfortunately the seller told me I can't integrate the new 100 licences with the old one and the only option I have is to install a second console to manage them.
Is it possibile? is it normal?
I can't believe there is a so big limitation about the licences with Avast!

Somebody has a solution to this?

Avast Small Office Admin console can deal with licences with mixed expiration dates as long as they are all the same product. For Enterprise admin console, everything has to match. File a ticket with the link Asyn provided and they will give you a corrected license file

Your reseller can do merging licenses by ask this through his distributor. Or you can directly ask about this Avast Support.

Really? How? I can't find where to insert the second license.
Thanks.
