Mail Shield Showing Off in WIndows 10 Pro 64bit 1607

Hi All

Avast Free 17.2.2288
Installed is FIle Shield, Mail Shield, Webshield and Behavior Shield, Mail shield showing off and can't toggle back to On in Antivirus protection again

Has always been green before and on, what is the cause of this?  Avast installed cleanly when I got my SSD Drive on 2/24/2016

Oops I may have forgotten to install the component during the clean install, just opened it and looked around as been a busy last week lol
