Yes we decided to remove the feedback as it wasn't really valuable for neither side. Users were disappointed that they asked a question and never got a reply (even if we clearly claimed that it's a one-way channel) and most of the feedback was just support questions. Not really reporting bugs or requests for new features and improvements. So feedback is gone for now, but we plan to re-introduce it later this year with some changes so it makes sense.
Just for your idea, we got around 600 feedback posts per day, and 90% were support questions like "where is my license/please refund etc.)
