router is vulnerable to attack
« on: April 21, 2017, 05:41:07 PM »
I have Avast Free protection.  I ran a smart scan and all is well except for my wireless.  I have a Netgear N2000 router.  It keeps saying it is vulnerable, and to upgrade firmware.  I have the latest firmware and my security is set at WPA2-PSK AES, and of course, it's password protected. I have had this router for some time, and this never happened on scans until about a month or so ago.  Anybody having this problem.  This shows up on my Windows 7 computer and my Windows 8.1 computer.  Help would be appreciated.  Thanks
