NutriKids and Upgrade to 17.2.2517

Our machines that run the nutrikids program that have updated to 17.2.2517 build 17.2.3419.59 will freeze after a reboot with BSOD problem at Windows (7) boot process:"STOP: c0000018 {Conflicting Address Range} any ideas on this?

Got this issue fixed found an old antivirus program hadn't been uninstalled all the way.
