Hi,

I want to be refunded for the auto-renewal which I didn't want. My order ID: 38227342600

I installed Free Antivirus, then it got auto upgraded to Avast (10?), then I tried a trial offer. Since upgraded, the Store interface disappear, I can't view my subscription status. It only shows that I'm currently in Trial, no autorenewal status or option to disable it showing.

This is after the license auto-renewed, before that, it's kind of the same, just saying Trial, without auto-renewal info or option to disable.


After I got auto-renewed, I immediately asked for refund: https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/748093, but wasn't accepted. From the auto-renewal email, I got access to my web account the first time, and it's even showing another auto-renewal coming soon! However I can't disable or nowhere to delete my payment card. Support didn't reply.




Please help me:
1. Refund
2. Delete all of my trial auto-renewal
3. Remove my payment method
