Stuck at uninstall

Stuck while uninstalling Avast Free Antivirus.

Had to deal with this issue today.
Simply open task manager and terminate "wsc_proxy.exe" (I had to do this twice in a row).

The uninstall utility hasn't worked for me at all (not even in safe mode), unfortunately.
