Call of Duty Infinite Warfare will fail to load all textures and the game will crash if started with Avast file shield enabled. If i disable the file shield all textures will load and game runs fine. I can then re-enable the shield and game will run normally. This started after last update that included game mode. It does not matter if game mode is enabled or disable game still fails to load all textures with file shield enabled.

Unless you like spam get rid of your email address. (As already mentioned in your other post.)
Posting the same topic more than once only hinders and confuses attempts to help.

Sorry meant another thread.. I see what you mean. But still no fix has been suggested and making an exclusion is not a viable fix .That just allows a game to run in multiplier with no safe guards in place.

Have you tried an exclusion in the Behavior Shield via the settings option ?

Sure it will work that way..but point is it's a bug and I don't want a multi-player game to be running without protection. An excluded program or game runs with out protection.

Their idea of fixing is to once again tell me to add an exception for the game...this is not a fix and evidently they don't care to fix this problem.

The problem they have is that they haven't isolated the problem. It has something to do with how the hooks into Windows interact with other programs that use hooks. They are working on it. For now the only solution is to make an exclusion in the Behavior Shield.

Still no answer from Avast..beginning to think it may be time to look for a different Anti-virus.at which time I'll have to advise my clients to do the same.
