Problem

ok so basically i need you to tell me how to delete avast completely from my computer so i can download a mod for my MC and since i have avast it closes the installer when the 15 second scan starts  :( i don't know what to do so please help me

Why have an antivirus installed if you don't think you need protection?

oh i'm sorry MC means Minecraft it is a pc game i play and i can't download something for it because the avast gets rid of the installer but i've downloaded it before before i got avast and it does not give me a virus so i am sure about getting rid of avast

Only for playing games shouldn't be worth to 'get rid of an av' like avast. So deinstall avast.
But you'll pay the bill!
