BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

hi, I work of technical assistance and we are getting a large number of customers calling us with a BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in Windows 7. After removing Avast it was apparently solved. So please, check what is happening and get back to us, because it seems to be a massive problem.

Virus definition update 170320-1 is available.
Manually update via :

Avast - Settings - Update - Virus Definitions - Update - ok - ok.
Should be fixed now. :)

PC- Windows10 EDU 64Bit,avast! free 21.1.2449,uBlock Origin,NVT_OSA,GoogleChrome(64bit),CCleaner,Unchecky,ZAM Free,Shadow Defender.
