Last week I had an issue finding the full scan in the menu, thanks to the kind folks here I found it, prior to that I down loaded malwarebytes and ran a scan (no issues) then deleted the program, after running an avast scan i get this

The four options to resolve won't work is this a virus or should I just ignore
