Hello, my clean up tool (subscription) hasn't been working for the past two weeks. It starts to clean up, then it says it was unable to perform the clean up and to try again later. I've been trying and it still doesn't work. Please help.
I cannot call the number to support because I am in Canada, not the US. Do you have a number for Canada? I don't have long distance plan out of Canada. Sorry...please help.
