Hi,
I'm wondering what steps to perform on a device when some threats have been detected. For example, on a company device I found out many bad viruses, and a full/deep scan seems to be not sufficient in order to remove them. I tried these steps:
- updated virus definition
- full scan, with modules in memory
- scan of programs at boot
However, some viruses seem to be present, yet.
What can I do further? Are there specific operations to perform or Avast-tools to be used?
