Cleanup Pro, upload and paid

I recently uploaded and paid (monthly option) the cleanup pro to remove adds and its not working, it keeps asking me to buy. It. What can i do? Thanks in advance. Claudia Lisbon Portugal

Hi Claudia, you can also try to simply refresh the subscription screen (Tools > Settings > Subscription) - if your internet connection is stable and the subsription screen loads, it should update the details of your licence, which might solve the problem.
