Double charge

I've been double charged for an Internet Security license, and ALL the contact given in any Avast website, customer service and product, are actually AVG contact and not Avast.

This make me impossile to contact Avast and get a refund. I even opened a dispute with Paypal but had no result.

Is there anyone that knows a number to call or an email to contact that belongs to Avast?
Does Avast even have a line to ocnact?
