I was infected by spora ransomware, I got rid of it but I need to recover my files, which are in the external hd, someone could help me.

Hello, my friend, my concern is not related to my computer, but as my external hds, is the keys for possible decryption are there? In them have the same html link for redemption, if I format my computer can I still recover my files? If I lost the key I will never be able to recover my files?
