Hi,

Sending out web based emails from the application fails if Avast antivirus is running. While sending out email using Gmail looks like the google certificate is replace  by Avast's internal certificate and hence revocation list error comes up. With this new certificate we are not able to authenticate the connection with the server and not able to send out the email.

If we disable "Mail Shield" options then we can send the email. But this is a work around.

Can you please help us by correcting the internal Avast certificate?

Thanks,
Kajal
