i have downloaded the avast free home adition4 and everytime i keep trying to email the tecs about it i get no where they sent me a activation number that is not valid i have emailed so many times its rediculas how can i get the right activation key  number to get my avast up and running >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Well, as it works for everyybody else, I guess the problem is not on avast!'s side.
What is the version of the program you have installed? How are you inserting the key? Do you have the correct system time/date set?

Did you receive the key (by email) or not?
Are you using a spam killer application? Can you check your email through web mail (instead of a program like Outlook)?
