I have AAT on Android 5.1. When I try to track my device it uses GSM Triangulation. How to run GPS? I have "Localization" turned on. I tried set in in my.avast.com account: Click to my device, settings, anti theft, "automaticaly enable GPS". Should I set something in my phone? Localization is more accurate when wifi is connected. But it never use GPS.
Second problem is connection. I have set tracking for "every 5 min", sometimes it works well, but sometimes send informations for custom time, from 10 minutes to 1 hour (not regullary). When i try to use "request location" it receives "we are unable to connect with your device" mostly. I have my LTE still turned on.
