Avast POPUPS

I have the free Avast on my  home pc. I have had it a long time. but now it is using a popup when i restart. and just go online.. telling me I can BUY Avast... I Love Avast.. but HATE how it now has the popup.... is there anyway to shut off its advertisement ?.. PLEASE :-[

If you purchased any of the paid versions of Avast, you can disable the offer of others of our products. Follow the path: Avast> Settings> General> Popups and uncheck the "Show popups with offers from other Avast products" option.

This happens when there is a regular definitions update.
